I have a question about a product I see online, who should I call?

Why can’t I buy your products online?

Currently, we do not sell products online because we feel it’s important to invest time with each and every one of our customers to ensure the best buying experience possible. We are happy to schedule a call, Skype or Facetime with you on any piece you may be interested in on our site. Our plan is to launch e-commerce in the near future when we can ensure that you will receive the same level of personal assistance virtually as you would in one of our stores.

Are all of your pieces in stock?

If an item is listed on our website, it is in stock*. However, we also make these products available in our Shreve & Co. stores and there is a small chance that an item could sell in one of our stores and isn't removed from the website immediately. If you would like to schedule an viewing, we will hold the piece until your arrival. You can do that by clicking the "Schedule a Viewing" button on any product page or by scheduling an appointment here.

*Please Note: Many of our items may need to special ordered to accommodate individual sizing.

Do you offer appraisal services?

Yes, we are happy to appraise your family heirloom, an entire estate collection or a new purchase at both of our locations. We provide this documentation at no additional charge when you purchase from Shreve & Co. If the piece was purchased from another retailer, we charge $150 per item for a new appraisal. Do you make custom engagement rings or jewelry?

Yes, we have a team of experts that can help you design your one-of-a-kind piece. If you would like to schedule a appointment to speak with our service team about a custom design, please contact us here. You can also see some examples of our work here.

Do you service watches or replace batteries?

Yes, we can service almost every Swiss timepiece and have extensive experience repairing watches made by Patek Philippe, A. Lange & Sohne, Breitling, Baume & Mercier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, IWC, Bell & Ross, Longines, Nomos Glashutte, Parmigiani, Piaget, Rolex, Tudor, Vacheron Constantin and many other luxury watch brands. Do you repair watches and jewelry?

Yes, at Shreve & Co. we offer a wide variety of jewelry and watch repairs. Depending on the amount of work that needs to be performed and the cost of the materials involved, the price of your repair may vary. When we take in your repair, we will provide you with an estimate of cost and time for your approval. Learn more about our offerings on our Repairs and Service page. Do you offer engraving?

Whether you are looking for a personalized message, monogram, family crest, corporate logo, or signature, our engravers will create a work of art that will can be passed down from generation to generation. If you would like to receive an estimate for an engraving project, please contact us here.

*Please Note: Not all items are engravable. We are happy to inspect your item to determine its eligibility and successful outcome. 

Do you offer complimentary gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping at no additional charge on any of our items.

Do you buy estate jewelry?

We do actively buy jewelry and timepieces directly from the public depending on the piece. You are welcome to contact our estate jewelry manager, Peter Hernandez here.

Is Shreve & Co. still a family owned business?

Yes, we are a family owned business. Shreve & Co. is currently owned and managed by the Schiffman and Suna families who have been dedicated industry professionals since 1893. Read more about our story here.
